- Age 21+
- High School Diploma
- CDA/ECE degree preferred (otherwise required to obtain CDA after hire)
- Experience preferred—will be trained upon hire
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen; complete CPR/First Aid training and TB test immediately        after hire
- Indiana driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; dedicated, dependable, personable, innovative, resourceful, and          enthusiastic; genuine interest in early childhood education


- Engaging with and caring for children ages 3-18 months, 18-36 months, and/or 3-5 years depending on
  teaching location
- Creating lesson plans collaboratively with co-teachers
- Facilitating learning experiences in an emergent curriculum and assessing children
- Digitally documenting the growth and development of children
- Preparing and serving meals, performing housekeeping duties, diapering, toileting, and feeding
- Communicating daily with co-teachers, families, and the director
- Participating in state and Paths to Quality required trainings, in-services, conferences, and extracurricular program         involvement
- Training in the Reggio approach and meeting formal education requirement after hire (CDA/ECE degree)


- $10-$12 per hour starting wage

- 2 weeks paid vacation per year

- Monday-Friday--no weekends

- Paid holidays off

- Paid training time
